Please read the attached letter reminding you of our infection control policy as it relates to any infectious disease including COVID-19 (Corona Virus).
Empower Cherokee works closely with the Cherokee County Emergency Management Agency, Cherokee County Schools, and Cherokee Area Transit, the Department of Transportation, and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities to take every precaution we can to maintain safe and appropriate programs. The health and safety of the people using our services are among our highest priorities.
In addition to our standard policies, we also ask that if you or a loved one come into contact with COVID-19 or suspect that you might have that the virus, that you remove yourself and your loved(s) one from our programs until you are cleared by a physician of the threat of the spread of infection.
