Congratulations Employee of the Quarter

Kelly Flanagan, CAG Manager Eagle Point

"I would like to cast my vote of the employee of the month by nominating Kelly Flanagan. Here are a few reasons why I would like to do so. She makes sure that whatever the Center (both of them) needs she is right to step in, pitching in whatever capacity is requested. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the each individual receive a gift or party favor during the holiday events, so no one is left out! Lastly but not least, Mrs. Kelly is very fair in terms of treating each individual with respect and dignity while still being able teach each one ways to be better citizens for themselves and the community. With that being said Kelly is one person that embodies care, love and so much more towards the staff, program individuals and the organization itself!"

"I would like to nominate Kelly this month for going over and beyond the call of duty as far as I see it, if she is not at work she is looking for project ideas to bring in, to complete for the next following days. Kelly makes sure that each individual has a gift, if a game is played, "We all are Winners"!

Kelly will bring in just little small things for the individual to make sure no one is left out in any of the games, each person has something to Win at the end of the games!

At Christmas she made sure everyone had a bag of some sort to open up with goodies inside Kelly is FAIR to everyone and she is always there to help us in anyway she can for us and each individual too -- She has a special relationship with everyone of the individuals that comes through the doors each day! She has time for each person as they may need her --she is always there"
