Empower Cherokee is partnering with the Cherokee County Health Department to bring Flu shots to the people we support and their family members and caregivers.
We are strongly encouraging flu shots this year. It is always a good idea, but a difficult flu season combined with COVID-19 could create an even bigger socio-economic problem than we currently have.

Please read, fill-out, and return via email, mail, fax, or hand-deliver the document below by September 23rd for each person in your household/caregivers who would like a flu shot.
